Flood, Fire & Storm Restoration in Kelowna, BC

When water, fire, or storm damage tears your home or business open, we rebuild the interior — drywall, insulation, and finishing — quickly and to a like-new standard.

From Damage Back to Done

A burst pipe, a kitchen fire, spring flooding, or wind damage leaves you with more than a mess — it leaves walls and ceilings that have to come out and be rebuilt properly. MCOX Construction handles the rebuild side of restoration: removing damaged drywall and insulation, rebuilding the assembly, and taping and finishing so the repair disappears into the rest of the room.

The Okanagan knows wildfire seasons, spring runoff, and winter storms. When the worst happens, what you need is a licensed, insured crew that shows up, gives you a clear scope, and gets your space back. That's the job.

Repairs That Disappear

The difference between a patch job and a proper restoration is whether you can find the repair a year later. We feather new work into existing surfaces, match ceiling textures, and finish to the same standard as our new construction work — so once it's painted, the damage never happened.

Common Questions

FAQ

How fast can you start on a restoration job?
Call 778-214-5015 and we'll get eyes on the damage as quickly as possible. Restoration work is time-sensitive and we prioritize it accordingly.
Do you work with insurance claims?
We provide clear, itemized scopes of work and documentation that you or your adjuster can use in the claims process.
Do you replace insulation as part of the rebuild?
Yes. Wet, burned, or smoke-contaminated insulation has to come out. We remove it, replace it, restore the vapour barrier, and rebuild the wall or ceiling completely.
Will the repair be visible afterwards?
Our standard is a seamless repair — new drywall feathered into existing surfaces and textures matched, so after paint the repair is indistinguishable from the original.
